Please join us at an informational meeting on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the Villages Clubhouse located at 120 Schooner Drive at 4 pm. Come learn about the criteria Seasons must meet to be granted the three special use permits they will need to proceed with their project. These critera are briefly covered in the short video on the left.
The purpose of the meeting will be to brief everyone about what our zoning ordinance requires and to prepare members of the public on how best to testify so that their testimony can’t be ignored by the Zoning Board. THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO ALL!
We have heard from the experts. It’s now time for Tiverton residents to share their concerns.
